STATEMENT OF LOCATIONS WHERE ALL NOTICES OF THE MEETINGS OF THE DEVELOPMENTAL
DISABILITEIS PLANNING COUNCIL WILL BE POSTED
TO: THE CITIZENS OF ARIZONA
Pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.02, the Developmental Disabilities Planning Council hereby states that all
notices of the meetings of the Developmental Disabilities Planning Council and any of its committees and
subcommittees will be posted in the main lobby, Arizona Department of Administration, 100 North 15th
Avenue, Phoenix, Arizona. This office is open to the public between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM,
Monday through Friday, except legal holidays or state furlough days. Such notices will indicate the date,
time, and place of the meeting and will include an agenda or information concerning the manner in which
the public may obtain an agenda for the meeting. These notices are also accessible on the DDPC Web
site at www.azgovernor.gov/ddpc
