Q. How much does it cost to get a CoppeR_X® Card?
A. It’s free. There is no charge for the CoppeR_X® Card.

Q. How do I get a CoppeR_X® Card?
A. You can get a CoppeR_X® Card by calling the toll free number 1-888-227-8315 or by visiting one of the approximately 500 participating pharmacies.

Q. Am I eligible for a CoppeR_X® Card?
A. You are eligible for the card if you are a resident of Arizona.

Q. Are there any restrictions on the types of drugs that I can get discounts on?
A. No. You can get a discount on every prescription medication.

Q. What are the discounts?
A. Discounts off of the average wholesale price (AWP) vary depending on whether you are buying brand name or generic drugs and whether you buy them in a retail pharmacy or through mail order. On average the discounts are as follows:

• Brand—retail pharmacy 15%
• Brand—mail order 20%
• Generic—retail pharmacy 35%
• Generic—mail order 55%

PLEASE NOTE: these are average percentage discounts. Actual discounts will vary by pharmacy and by prescription medication. Specific prescription prices change frequently; therefore, if you are comparing prices, you should do so as close in time to the date of your purchase as possible.

Q. Can I have both a CoppeR_X® Card and belong to a Medicare Part D prescription drug plan?
A. If you are on Medicare Part D, payments using the CoppeR_X® Card may count towards your true out-of-pocket expenses. Please contact your Part D plan for more information.

Q. Can I use the CoppeR_X® Card if my health plan doesn’t cover all of my prescriptions?
A. Yes. Unlike health plans, the CoppeR_X® Card has NO formulary restrictions, so you can use it on any prescription medications that you purchase.

Q. When will the CoppeR_X® Card expire?
A. There is no expiration date for the CoppeR_X® Card.

A. The CoppeR_X® Card is accepted at approximately 500 participating pharmacies across Arizona, including:
