Legislative Updates
The Council on Aging tracks federal and state legislation that will have a significant impact on older Arizonans. Weekly during Arizona's legislative session, and monthly during months when the Legislature is not in session, the Council issues a "Legislative Update." The Legislative Update service sends an email with information about movement of federal and state budget, legislation of interest to older adults, and other resources and notices.
To sign up for your FREE Legislative Update from the Governor's Advisory Council on Aging or if your email address has changed:
1. Send an email to: aging@az.gov
2. Include in the subject line: "Subscribe to Legislative Update".
3. In the body of the email, provide your name, organization (if appropriate) and email address you want the update sent to.
Once submitted, you should begin receiving updates within two weeks.
To UNSUBSCRIBE so that you no longer receive legislative updates, simply:
1. Send an email to aging@az.gov
2. In the subject line type: "Unsubscribe - Legislative Update"
3. In the body of the email, provide the email address you want unsubscribed from the list.
You will stop receiving messages within two weeks.
